We want you to love your Albany Park furniture, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period to ensure your new pieces fit perfectly in your home. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer experience team via our online portal or email to start your request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into their original Albany Park boxes to ensure safe transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a freight partner to schedule a convenient time for the items to be collected from your home.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable return shipping fees.
